The car is extremely well documented with its original window sticker, original build sheet, original protecto plate, and PHS documentation, owners manual, 1968 sales brochure. Finished in its original combination of Verdoro Breen with black bucket seat interior and black cordova vinyl top. The car was ordered new by Robert Nielsen of Vestal, NY from Don Owen Pontiac of Endicott, NY. Mr. Nielsen ordered the car with the following options: 4 Speed Manual, Safe-T-Track heavy duty rear end, AM/FM Radio, Hide-a-way Headlights, front and rear seat belts, Rally Guages, Rally II Wheels, center console, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Soft Ray tinted Glass, Hesd Restraint equipped recling bucket seats, and floor mats. Bringing the price to $4,319.14. Big money at the time. Built at the Framingham, Mass assembly plant and delivered new to Mr. Nielsen December 29th, 1967. The car is ready to be shown and most certainly driven. It drives almost like a new and modern car with how tight, solid, and squeak free she is.
